The money
Swell earns 10% of every dollar a client collects. After operating costs (standard 15%, locked at signing), reps split 45% of the net: you keep 25% as the closer, 15% when a direct recruit closes, 5% when their recruit closes. Paid on collected revenue only.
Example: a $40,000/mo client. Swell's 10% is $4,000. Net after 15% cost is $3,400. Your 25% is $850 every month.
| Who earns | Share of net | $40k/mo client |
| You (the closer) | 25% | $850/mo |
| When your direct recruit closes | 15% | $510/mo |
| When their recruit closes | 5% | $170/mo |
The rules
Your book is yours. Stay active and it pays.
Clients you close keep paying you monthly. If you go inactive, your book pauses. It is not taken away. Qualify again and every client you closed comes back.
The 60-day rule.
Every 60 days, either you close a paying account, or someone directly under you does. If neither happens, both streams pause: your 25% and your overrides, until you qualify again. A sale counts the day the customer pays (day 31 of their trial), not the day they sign.
Paused, not forfeited.
When a rep goes inactive, their money is not rolled up or taken. It is not paid while they are out. Re-qualify and it resumes, book included. No back-pay for the paused window.
Build your frontline.
You earn 15% of net on everything your recruits close, and 5% on their recruits. It costs nothing to join and nothing to recruit.
Every dollar traces to a real client.
Commissions come from closed deals only. Never from fees. Never from recruiting.
