Swell
No Pressure Launch · Rep Program

Get paid for the work.
Keep getting paid for the client.

Every sales job you've ever had paid you once. This one pays you every month, for every company you bring on, for as long as they run on Swell.

The Mission

A contractor's phone glowing in the dark

Home services in America is a trillion-dollar industry still run on missed calls, sticky notes, and gut feeling.

Contractors don't lose because they're bad at their craft. They lose because nobody answers the phone at 7pm, quotes take three days, and follow-up doesn't exist. Swell fixes all of it: an AI front office that answers every text instantly, books the job, and chases the payment.

The owner wakes up to a fuller calendar. We take a small share of the jobs we book. We only get paid when they get paid. That's not software. That's revenue on rails, and it's an easy thing to sell.

The Money

You bring the client. You keep 25% of the profit. Every month. Forever.

Swell earns 10% of every dollar our clients collect. After our operating costs (~15%), reps and their teams split 45% of the net profit - every month, for the life of the client.

The Rules

1
Your book is yours - stay active and it pays forever. Clients you close keep paying you monthly. If you ever go inactive, your book pauses - it isn't taken away. Qualify again and every client you closed comes right back.
2
The 60-day rule. Every 60 days, either you close a paying account, or someone directly under you does. Neither? Both streams pause - your 25% and your overrides - until you qualify again. A sale counts the day the customer pays (day 31 of their trial), not the day they sign.
3
Paused, not forfeited. When a rep goes inactive, their money isn't rolled up or taken - it just isn't paid while they're out. Re-qualify and it all resumes, book included. The people who keep working keep winning.
4
Build your frontline. You earn 15% of net on everything your recruits close, and 5% on their recruits. Costs nothing to join, nothing to recruit. You eat what you kill, and your people's kills feed you too.
5
Every dollar traces to a real client. Commissions come from closed deals only. Never from fees, never from recruiting. That's what makes this a career, not a scheme.

Why Now

An empty floor with a single gold light waiting

Ground floor, for real

You'd be among the first reps on a product that's already booking real jobs for real companies: pressure washing, cleaning, auto styling. The market is every contractor in America.

Operator-to-operator trust

The owner runs actual crews, trucks, and payroll. When you're in front of a contractor, you're not a script reader. You're armed with proof from someone who lives their problem.

Keep selling for a salary and a pat on the back, or build something that pays you while you sleep.
